Pleasant Hill Healthcare’s “Memory Lane” and its staff specialize in the care of individuals with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. All staff receive ongoing education so that we may better assist those in our care. To ensure we can provide an environment where individuals can safely enjoy life with minimal distractions, Memory Lane is a secured unit.

Memory Lane features its own private dining area, activity area and nurse’s station. Then there’s the beautiful courtyard garden, where families and staff can spend time with individuals relaxing in the shade in our courtyard, or take a stroll on the walking path and admire the beautiful flowers in bloom.
