Pleasant Hill Healthcare is a skilled nursing facility full of friendly people, who provide a supportive environment. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and private pay while offering 24-hour skillful medical care, which ensures individual needs are met with the best professional services.
Our therapy program, RenewYou, features physical, occupational and speech-language therapy. RenewYou is a program that is reshaping lives through rehabilitation after an illness or injury and returning loved ones to their homes. The goal is to restore residents to an optimal level of function, so they may live life to the fullest.
Our nursing department provides excellent care combined with dignity for our residents. Professionally staffed around the clock, we give your loved one comfort and specialized care.
Pleasant Hill offers physician services to our residents which provides: an Onsite Medical Director who coordinates and improves medical services, a Geriatric Psychiatrist, Audiology Services, a Consulting Registered Dietitian, Laboratory testing and X-rays, and Podiatry services.
We also offer Alzheimer’s and Dementia care on Memory Lane, which provides a secure, peaceful environment with experienced, compassionate staff. We offer private dining, daily exercise and activities.
Through a grant from the Illinois Pioneer Coalition and other donations, Pleasant Hill Healthcare has been able to offer Music and Memory therapy to a small number of residents on the Memory Lane unit.
A positive and uplifting atmosphere is vital to the success of healing, recovery and rehabilitation. Pleasant Hill Village employs outgoing and friendly professionals to create social programs and activities to fit the residents’ needs. We provide a monthly activity calendar to each resident to keep them informed of upcoming events. Friends and family are always welcome to visit and attend our special events.
Our social services team assists both residents and their families during transitional periods. We also provide essential information, manage requests and concerns, and help in care planning and discharge planning for each resident.
